Our Terms and Conditions of sale are guidelines to which we process all customer orders. By placing an order with Fractured Recordings you are agreeing to the following Terms and Conditions of sale.

2. Vinyl records
All vinyl records are new and are fully guaranteed.
3. Orders
We make every effort to ensure the vinyl records we supply are of the highest quality, reach you in good condition, and are delivered promptly. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, or the service you have received from Fractured Recordings, please use our “Seek Help!” contact link.
4. Product guarantees
Products are not supplied on a trial basis. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
5. Prices
We reserve the right to amend our prices without prior notice. All customers with outstanding orders will be notified of any change in prices before their order is charged and dispatched. All orders are accepted subject to availability of stock at the time of picking the order. Prices are correct at the time of publication or upload to our website. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. The acknowledgement email you may receive does not constitute order confirmation, or acceptance.
6. Purchasing from us
We are unable to process your order until your payment has been received. By submitting your order, you are offering to buy the goods, and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying those goods. Personal details can be removed from our system by written request. Should the item you have purchased be sold out at when the order is placed. . A full refund will be made to the customer. No goods shall pass from Fractured Recordings to the customer until payment has been received in full. Customers are responsible for the suitability of the goods they are purchasing. Please note we do not reserve any items at any time, as it is unfair to other customers.
7. Availablility of goods
Fractured Recordings goes to great lengths to ensure that everything shown on our website and catalogue is available to order is in stock. Once the run is completed, any subsequent sales that occur prior to the website being updated will be fully refunded. Please be aware that our store is not open to the general public to purchase. We will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock when you place your order with Fractured Recordings. Any items purchased that are out of stock with as per Section 8.
8. Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock the customer will be refunded in full. Due to the nature of our business being the publication of limited edition items there is a limited number of units available. Please note that we do not reserve stock at any time, as this is unfair to other customers.
9. PayPal
PayPal is the only acceptable method of payment and should clear immediately upon receipt. Payment via PayPal needs to be sent to sales@fracturedrecordings.com. Please be aware that we are unable to reserve stock, while waiting for payment, or for payment to clear due to being unfair to other customers.
10. Import duty and taxes
It is your responsibility as the customer to pay all applicable customs fees and taxes for your country. If you refuse to pay these charges then your order may be abandoned and you will lose your goods as well as your money. These taxes are only applicable for non-UK and non European Union countries.
11. Cancellations
You may cancel any order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Our returns policy will then come into affect. If you cancel an order by email you must wait to receive a confirmation of the cancellation. Your order is not cancelled until you receive this. Cancellations should be directed to Fractured Recordings by using the “Seek Help!” link.

1. Damaged/defective items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt. On a case by case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of £12.00 (Sterling) upon receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item which must be returned fully intact with the original packaging via common carrier that provides package tracking.
“Recovery” is sent recorded deliver and items must be signed for at the point of delivery. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact customer service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact customer service.
2. Money Back Guarantee
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from Fractured Recordings. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, or other charges, subject to the time period specific to that product and according to our Return/Exchange Instructions.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original box to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; if applicable, the clear plastic wrapping has not been torn or removed; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. Refunds are subject to a £5 administration fee. Refunds will be credited in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
3. Returns & Exchanges
You may return "new and unused" merchandise that has not been special ordered within 30 days of ship date as stated in our Returns section for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges within 15 days of ship date.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Fractured Recordings before returning merchandise. We will not accept any returned merchandise without an RMA number. Contact us to obtain an RMA number. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item and the item must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used.
4. Returning an item to Fractured Recordings
Contact us to obtain an RMA number. The RMA number must be written on the original invoice.
Repack the product in its original packaging materials, Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price by a carrier that offers package tracking such as Royal Mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express to the address listed at the top of the invoice.
It is the customer’s responsibility to check the item for damage prior to signing for it on deliver. If you receive a damaged, contact customer service no later than 5 business days of receipt. On a case-by-case basis, we will cover shipping charges up to a maximum of £12.00 upon our receipt of the defective or mis-delivered item. Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. We do our best to complete orders the same day, but this is not always possible. You will be notified by email when your order is being processed, and when it has been shipped.
3. Shipping Rules & Restrictions
Most orders begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once your payment is approved, the receiving address is verified, and the item is located in stock. If an item you order is not currently in stock, you will be notified by Email and our refunds procedure will commence.
4. Limited Edition Shipping
It is conditions of purchase that all Limited edition works sold through Fractured are insured whilst in the postal system. All limited editions works will be sent special delivery and therefore must be signed for by the receiver on receipt of goods. Limited edition’s cannot be sent to PO boxes.
